Cater your next meeting or event with our beautifully prepared platters. 

We ask for orders to be finalized and paid for by 10am, two business days prior to your requested delivery date - but we do our best to accommodate any last minute requests. Just reach out to catering@blackseedbagels.com and we'll see what we can do! See below for our FAQS.

CATERING FAQ's

How do I order catering?
You may place an order request directly though here, or you may email catering@blackseedbagels.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours.

When do I place my order?
We ask that all orders are placed at least 48 business hours in advance. The cut off time for Monday requests is 12pm the Friday before. For any last minute requests, please email catering@blackseedbagels.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your order!

Where do you deliver?
Manhattan, Brooklyn, & Queens

May I pick up my order?
All catering orders are fulfilled out of our East Village location, so pick up is only available from our East Village location at 176 1st Ave. New York, NY 10009

Is there a minimum spend?
No minimum for orders! However, there is a delivery fee starting at $45 depending on the size of the order.

Can you slice my bagels?
Bagels will come sliced and boxed, unless otherwise specified

What’s included in my order?
All orders will come with serving utensils (tongs & spreaders). Plates and cutlery sets are not included, but may be purchased for $1/set. 

Do you offer any vegan items?
While our bagels do not contain any dairy or eggs, they are honey boiled. We do offer tofu cream cheeses, almond butter, jam, fruit platters, veggie platters, vegan yogurts, and vegan croissants.

Who does the gratuity go to?
The gratuity goes to the team assembling the order and the delivery charge has a tip built into the fee.

Delivery Partner Information
We partner with Metrobi to deliver our catering orders. We ask that you provide a name & cell phone number for a good point of contact and any specific delivery instructions to share with the driver. We try our best to have the drivers deliver at your requested time and ask that you provide a good 30 minute delivery window for your order.

Cancellation Policy
All orders canceled within 24 business hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
